Arrangements are being made to hold the annually organized Provincial Tournament 2019 of the Athletic Sports Meet of the persons with special needs in the Western Province by the Department of Social Service of the Western Province at the Sugathadasa Stadium on the 25^th of July 2019 in a very grand scale for the seventh time with the objective of bringing forth the wholesomely robust community fostering the qualities such as capacity development, leadership, endurance, friendship, patience and solidarity in order to provide the persons with special needs in the Western Province a productive life improving their mental strength having identified their sporting skills.
